sona talent is a customer and candidate partnership driven search firm supporting small to midsize companies in the aerospace and defense sector. our customers work with us because we get to know them and their organization well. our candidates work with us because we work with great companies and we provide them with an exceptional candidate experience. what makes us different? we are exclusive to the colorado market and only specialize in aerospace and defense engineering placements. our recruitment strategy is outbound only. when we run a requisition intake call, we determine where our customers want to find their talent and we focus our efforts on those companies and/or verticals. referrals are also an important factor in finding engineering talent and we pay nicely for them. lastly, we will not carry a requisition load of more than five allowing us to give our customers the attention they need.
