Songsheet

songsheet is a web application used by teams and organizations to create an interactive process manual that documents and makes visible how things get done. why? because we believe that businesses are better off fixing processes than they are trying to fix people. because we believe owners are better off institutionalizing knowledge instead of letting it sit in their employees’ heads. because we believe excellence is a habit of doing something well every time, and that requires consistency in how we do things (i.e. formalized processes and methods). because storing these processes all over the place (separate files, different programs, individual computers) is inefficient and ineffective. because storing all the processes in one procedures manual is static and cumbersome.
