sootie studios theatre company offers, two 3-day per week programs for youth (grades 5-8 and grades 9-12) with an interest in the performing arts. each night includes theatre games, activity and development as well as rehearsing a final production that could include acting, singing and set design and execution. we will also focus on the arts management aspect of fundraising and publicity. a final production will take place during the last hour of the final night of each project session where family and friends are invited to attend. if the participating actors wish to open these performances to the public, we will offer a public performance to the community. we will talk about pertinent current events or situations on which the students desire to focus their direction. with that being said, meri will send weekly updates to parents, on some of the key notes that the actors want to address. the focus of these sessions will primarily be on making the actor/students connect with their char
