“i'm going to do this very different. i'm going to honor a lot of the feminine principles of intuition, empathy, kindness, just allowing myself to be vulnerable through this process.” – sara blakely, founder of spanx hi, i’m sophia. i am a life coach, facilitator, creative, business woman, former lawyer and yoga teacher and student. i always felt i wanted to do things differently, but i didn’t know how. the rules of society seemed to favor ways that work better for men. i knew i could keep up with it, but it left me feeling disconnected and burnt out. i didn’t know how to speak up for myself from a place of truly knowing my worth. i desired to be able to bring all of me to my workplace; leading from my intuition and tapping into my creativity. everything changed for me when i started to look inside and set up my life in a way that truly worked for me. connecting to my feminine essence and leading from that place in business, in my relationships, and in life has me feeling happier
