we are specialized in career development with the indigenous of northern quebec. we have been working with the cree and inuit communities for almost a decade, aiming to build capacities and increase indigenous representation in the labour market. our mission we support the socio-professional integration of indigenous into the labour market. we work with public organizations providing services in the communities and businesses with recruiting and retaining the indigenous workforce. our vision we firmly believe that reconciliation involves the integration of indigenous people in the labour market. in addition to enabling them to achieve financial independence, it enables them to contribute to the proper functioning of society, and maintain their cultural identity. we work hard so that all indigenous can live a positive, rewarding and durable experience in the labour market.
