Sophrology Center Online

a vision of dorna’s for many years, sophrology center online is designed to answer the requests of many people from around the world who write asking where they can find a sophrologist in their area. there are currently very few sophrologists working in languages other than french. the aims are to: provide a way for people, wherever they are in the world, to experience the benefits of sophrology by simply downloading and practicing the sophrology exercises. offer online workshops, classes and events where people can learn more about sophrology, share their experiences and learn from different sophrologists. encourage more people to become sophrologists so that there is at least one in every continent, county and town who can work face to face with clients. once the site is fully up and running smoothly, the idea is to expand and grow it to involve other sophrologists and offer them an online platform so that they too can connect with clients from around the world.
