the training academy has been developed between soroba house hotel and 5dtraining to deliver three distinctive areas of training; the inhouse frontline training academey, public and commercial workshops and courses and the roadway - a degree course in hospitality management. the frontline academey has been created for those wishing to start and follow a career within the hospitality industry and the soroba house training academy enrolls 12 young people every 3 months to teach them 'on the job' and in classroom training to become proficient at working within a hospitality environment. public and commercial workshops and courses include; communicating skills presentation skills time and self-organisation assertion and negotiation motivating self and others leadership essentials customer excellence team building sales skills the roadway commences quarter 1 2011
