Sos Satele Copiilor Romania

sos children’s villages romania is a non-profit organization devoted to help vulnerable families care for their children. when children have lost their parental support, we provide quality alternative care in sos families. we operate in romania through 3 programs in bucharest, sibiu (cisnadie) and bacau (hemeius). more than 200 children are provided alternative care in 30 family houses and 2 youths’ facilities (a specialized life skills program). we have a unique approach, focusing on the development of each child or young person over the long term – including their care, health and education – so that they can face life’s challenges in the future. also, we actively promote and stand up for children‘s rights, through advocacy programs.
