souders honey company is a family owned and operated business focused on being good stewards for the bees we keep, to the habitat we provide them, to the purity of the products they produce and to the communities we serve. our local honey is produced from locations throughout southeast texas in harris and leon counties. one hundred percent pure unadulterated honey straight from the hive and never flavored or infused with added ingredients. collected straight from our extracting systems the raw honey is unheated, unpasteurized and unprocessed. all production and storage is at or below natural hive temperatures (under 100°). we use a course strain to catch bee parts, wax and other visible solid contaminates resulting from the extraction process but otherwise our honey is unfiltered retaining its natural vitamins, enzymes and other nutritional elements.
