soul to soul yoga, llc helps people with special needs move and breathe better in order to fully access your community and improve daily function. although soul to soul yoga specializes in individual yoga instruction, our ultimate goal is for each student to progress to the point of being able to go into any yoga studio and have the confidence to participate. in addition, yoga exercises and breathing techniques, performed correctly and consistently, will relax the body and mind. soul to soul yoga was created by cheryl albright. cheryl grew up with an older brother with autism and an aunt with down syndrome. she began working with children with special needs through rotary camp onsewaya at the age of 14. she continued through high school and college teaching adapted swim lessons with children with special needs. cheryl has now been an occupational therapist for 15 years and teaching yoga for the special child® for 9 years. she received her registered yoga teacher training in 2014 and ad
