i remember how exhausted, stressed and frustrated i felt all the time. and i still believed that the next salary increase, promotion or qualification would finally fulfil me. but no matter how much i gained, true satisfaction never came—i was always seeking something outside of myself. it was then i decided to turn my search inward instead: to reconnect with my real self and embark on a brand new journey of self-discovery and my life has never been better. i now use what i have learned from years of courses, books, my own life experiences as well as my experiences working with my clients to help them reconnect with their selves.
