soulbody trains and certifies fitness instructors in one of the most progressive, cutting-edge, athletic-style barre programs on the market today, then takes it one step further, offering quarterly choreography. these choreographed classes bring a "program"​ to clubs and studios allowing for consistency to classes that are on the group exercise schedule. there are two barre programs: one using the "fixed"​ ballet barres and one using the body bar as the certerned balance barre. classes stay fresh, members always know what to except and instructors hit the ground running from our high caliber comprehensive training. it creates a win-win for both clubs and teachers alike!
