Soul Degree

soul degree is designed explicitly for men who aspire to hit the pause button, take themselves out of their day to day element, circle up in the trusted comfort of other soulful guys, in a remote wilderness setting, under the stars, for the purpose of exploring what really matters (to themselves). the "curriculum" is formatted to incorporate a healthy blend of round table chats, group meals, fireside talks, backcountry adventure seeking, body movement (through hiking, yoga, etc.), and mindful introspection (though meditation, journaling, etc.). it's not complex, heavy, or overly complicated. in fact, it's all about learning a bit more about oneself through the experiences and stories of others, with a very generous dose of laughter and self reflection. the program takes place in a remote destination about 3 hours drive from a major metropolitan city. 4 nights/5 days with accommodations in rustic, but comfortable cabins. we'd love to see you.
