soulfire power yoga is on a mission to empower, create, and strengthen the community by sharing yoga, meditation and the powerful practice of self inquiry. we believe yoga is for everybody and encourage you to come give it a try just as you are, not as you think you should be. we see the power of each individual soul and see you as your most powerful, focused, joyful self. soulfire power yoga offers heated power vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, meditation, certified yoga teacher training, powerful workshops, corporate wellness/yoga and meditation programs, athletic personal and team training for individuals and teams at the high school and college level. practice once a week to change your day, twice a week to change your week, three to four times a week will change your life.
