by day soulful soups & spirits has been a welcoming downtown spokane lunch destination for more than 18 years. every monday through saturday we serve at least five different fresh, homemade soups, and bake lots of loaves of our famous beer bread! we also offer a tasty selection of croissant sandwiches and made-to-order salads. during the day we offer efficient cafeteria-style counter service so you can take your deliciousness back to the office, or sit in our dining room and stay a while. the soulful crew creates about 20-30 different soups throughout the week, so check facebook for our soup selection and daily specials. our soups are thickened with corn starch so the majority of our recipes are gluten-free! tomato basil, moroccan lentil, southern pulled pork bbq, white chicken chili, broccoli cheddar and mulligatawny are just a few of the gluten-free faves on our menu. some of our soups get a little extra flavor from one of our favorite things — beer! feel free to ask your server for
