sound healing meditation provides three classes of service, meditation, coaching and cpr/first aid certification. meditation using the healing principles of a chao gong and himalayan singing bowls individuals learn to renew themselves with the sound waves to teach mindful meditation so that we may learn the transformational benefits of "slowing down"​ so we are ready to "speed up"​ in todays dynamic world of change. individuals find vibrations from the sound flow through their bodies and create a warm, tingling sensation as well as circular vibrations that calm oneself. most individuals say they fall asleep and wake up refreshed and surprised at how much time has passed. coaching coaching is a journey about one's self-discovery. coaching is experiential and there is no cookie-cutter method towards coaching individuals as each person is a unique being. my best practice is meeting clients where they are and together guide them to where they need to be. my style is part client-based conve
