Source Catering

catering to the community. source is a catering company featuring central texas farms and food artisans. we financially support a developing regional food system, raise community awareness and create social connections around healthy food. source was founded as a way to further support the farmers and food artisans at the hope farmers market. we found that the best way to spread the word about what we’re doing at hopefm is to go out and talk about it, and feed people while we’re at it. through source, we present local food in a way that is delicious and also beautiful, approachable and educational. we always making a point to explain where it comes from, why it’s good and why it’s good for you. growing, sharing, cooking, eating… food has the power to nourish our sense of community as much as it nourishes our bodies. through source, we create connections with others through food – meanwhile support the local economy and inspire others to get involved.
