"under the shade of a tree" is a project led by 3 students from agroparistech which aims to produce a documentary on agro-ecology and agroforestry from the alps to the aral sea. the first mission carried out in france during the summer of 2020 will result in a documentary highlighting agroforestry in france. the 2021 expedition, which is being prepared, aims to cross 14 countries from slovenia to kazakhstan and shoot a documentary on ingenious alternative agricultural systems and the importance of trees in these systems. the film will be enlivened by the most striking agronomic and human encounters that we will have made. the construction of the project will be done with the support of the networks of agronomic faculties and schools in the countries crossed. the students of these schools will be our interpreters and will enable us to exchange with the actors of tomorrow's agriculture. whether they are students, farmers or researchers, we want to understand how everyone conceives their
