South Asian Federation at Ucr

south asian federation serves to culturally, politically, and socially unite the south asian student population at uc riverside. we aim to serve as the umbrella organization for all organizations that identify as south asian and collaborate with both on and off-campus south asian organizations. we are politically oriented with the goal of raising awareness of the diaspora experience and various social injustices that have occurred in south asia. we are also socially and culturally oriented, striving to have the south asian student population celebrate culture through festivals and inclusive religious events. our larger goal is to eventually have our own south asian ethnic center in costo hall at uc riverside.
