the one-stop business & career centers provide many services for job seekers including career counseling, job training, workshops, resume preparation, support services and special services for veterans, youth workers, seniors, laid off employees and individuals with disabilities. additionally, one stop centers provide many services for business as well, including recruitment services, job fairs, employee training opportunities, outplacement and career transition services, on-the-job training (ojt), classroom training, transitional subsidized employment (tse), business consulting, layoff aversion strategies and other financial incentives such as grants and business tax credits.
