please join us in making the new south burlington public library an exceptional 21st century space for generations to come. south burlington residents have long dreamed of a new library. when the city’s tax increment finance district was formed in 2016, the possibility of creating a large, modern library became a reality. we will have a new, energy-efficient, ada compliant building in the city center that will include city hall services, a senior center, and the new library. a bond issue, overwhelmingly approved by 73 percent of the voters in november 2018, will fund construction of the building with a library, which will meet our basic needs. however – with your help – we will make our library extraordinary! we invite you to be a part of enriching our library, making it the best possible space to serve our community.
