founded in december 2016 south coast sports medicine offers a unique healthcare centre where our extensive multi-disciplinary team work closely with each other to provide the best possible care for our patients to improve their physical capacity and health. with an on-site exercise studio and plenty of open space for functional movement and gait our clinicians can guide patients to better movement, or movement with less pain. our practice has many entry points via our various practitioners but the optimal pathway would be an initial consultation with one of our sports doctors for accurate diagnosis of the injury or condition and formation of a treatment plan. the plan can include the patients existing health providers or may include other in-house health professionals e.g. physiotherapist, podiatrist, exercise physiologist, nutritionist, massage therapist, personal trainers. if the entry is nutritional medicine rather than sports medicine then again the process starts with our doctor o
