South Feminist Futures

our vision of feminist solidarity across the global south is inspired by a centuries long history of womxn fighting slavery, colonialism, imperialism, white supremacy, racism, anti-blackness and cis-heteropatriarchy. the ambition of the south feminist futures is for collective south-south feminist collaboration, networking, educating, learning, theorising, analysing, informing and solidarity. it is focussed equally on strengthening south feminist movements with a view to better equipping ourselves to enact transformative and radical changes at global, regional and local levels. our programme work is organised around five pillars 1. confronting hegemonies 2. reclaiming south-south internationalism 3. building a new knowledge base for south feminist activism 4. strategies for change and resistance 5. reimagining development
