sfadr is one of the largest alternative dispute resolution center in broward and in south florida. we provide a full scope of services for pre/post-filing mediations and arbitration in a wide range of expertise areas. our members are highly qualified and provide for a wide variety of backgrounds both in the legal and business fields. our members have technical training to allow for the necessary technical expertise related to the services we are providing and in particular related to the residential mortgage foreclosure, the homeowner association foreclosure and dispute resolution (hoa) and health insurance portability and accountability act (hipaa). all of our members are certified mediators and/or qualified arbitrators by the florida supreme court. our headquarters are located in the heart of plantation next to the west broward court and we have satellite offices next to the fort lauderdale downtown court and in north miami. with more than 8,000 square feet dedicated to alternative d
