i bring into my work an awareness of the holistic nature of human experience including body, feelings, mind and spirit and engage with these different facets as and when the therapeutic process requires. i believe that there is a natural movement within all of us towards wholeness and self-realisation. i see my role as a therapist to accompany, support and guide this process. often the distress, stuckness, crises that we experience in our lives are the symptoms of disruptions in wholeness that have their origins in our childhood when we had to distort and fragment ourselves in order to adapt to our environments and survive – and they become the catalysts to our process of healing, growth and return to wholeness.
