South Northants Responders

south northants community responders is a charity run by volunteers who have been trained by east midlands ambulance service nhs trust (emas) to provide emergency medical aid to people living and working in the local community. the purpose of a community first responder group is to provide emergency medical care until the professional service arrives on scene. south northants responders are a registered charity (1149153) and need to raise their own funds to provide the life saving kits required for each of the responders. key elements include aeds (automated external defibrillators), oxygen masks, bag valve mask resuscitators, airway suction units, pulse oximeters, first-aid/trauma kits... donations are very much appreciated and can be made online at www.nowdonate.com/checkout/south-northants-community-responders
