south shore is a part of the united methodist church. we have been in the south shore area for about 4 years now and have grown from meeting at the apollo beach elementary school, to east bay high school to our new location on big bend road just east of highway 301. check out a brief introductory video. worship services are driven by a worship band playing the latest in contemporary worship music. each service is high energy with varied expressions of worship. you may experience interpretive dance, drama, film clips, multi media presentations, and other events to engage the congregation in a worship experience that glorifies god. services are highly thematic with visuals and events that drive home a central theme that addresses our search for god and how we might apply the gospel to the life we experience every day. there is a high level of lay person involvement in worship leadership and opportunities for the congregation to engage in the worship experience on many levels. messages ar
