we are pleased to inform you that : south star ltd is one of a leading crew manning company in odessa since 1993 and has own office in center of odessa and another one near odessa national maritime academy & maritime university. south star ltd is supplying ukrainian english-speaking seafarers to foreign companies since the end of 1993 practically for all type vessels: dry cargo, bulk carriers, container ships, reefers, oil tankers, chemical tankers. more and more our seamen ask us how to employ at offshore companies. some of them already worked in offshore, but with low wage and now they are asking deserved job. to meet the requirements of the principals, south star ltd supplies qualified and competent ship staff and puts great attention on screening and selection of seafarers. we have in our own agency pool in files more than 8000 ukrainian seafarers including hotel & catering staff.
