a disabled veteran owned business focused on assisting public and private entities with increasing energy efficiency and conservation efforts through a systematic review and evaluation of of existing practices, procedures, policies and current mechanical conditions. we utilize best practices from many sources to realign current operations with efficient operations and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. we also partner with other service providers to address low cost and no cost efficiency measures. we specialize in texas public school system energy efficiency requirements per texas education code and preparing school districts for hb 3 efficiency audits in development by the legislative budget board. our passion is to assist smaller and rural school districts that have the same reporting and efficiency requirements without the support of the larger property tax bases in urban and suburban areas.
