South West of England Apprenticeship Ambassador Network

the south west apprenticeship ambassador network is a group of c80 employers who have come together to champion the cause of apprenticeships. our membership represents both public and private sector businesses and most sectors of industry. collectively we employ apprentices within our organisations and can see at first hand the added value they bring to the workplace. we work closely with the national apprenticeship service to promote the business benefits apprenticeships can bring to employers as well as demonstrating the opportunities that vocational career paths can offer to young people. our work as ambassadors involves us with business networks and careers events where we like nothing better than persuading the uninitiated to dip their toes in the water and find out more about what an apprenticeship can offer an employer or a young person seeking out their first step on the employment ladder. specifically, aan members through engagement with other employers and stakeholders, will
