at south west psychotherapy & counselling services we help adults, young people, couples, & families live better, healthier and happier lives through the provision of counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching & hypnotherapy. we also provide professional clinical supervision to counsellors (trainee & qualified), psychotherapists, supervisors, coaches, trainers, hypnotherapists, line managers, organisations & professionals working within therapeutic industries. this can be done on a one to one basis, by facilitating group supervision or in an organisational setting. we work face to face at our practice premises, as well as visiting clients in their homes; or for organisations in their place of business. we also work online via email, messaging or live video chat (with the exception of hypnotherapy which is face to face only). i have a background providing presentations, talks & training within a wide range of roles and topics since 1995. i now focus on training, workshops and pr
