a dynamic, enthusiastic and ethical training organisation that provides education and training in a variety of subject areas which meets the needs of the environmental sector and the hospitality and catering industry. additionally, we provide support and training to those people who are seeking paid employment to help them get back into work. subjects areas that we provide are :- waste management qualifications - from levels 1 - 4 including certificates of technical competence hospitality and catering qualifications - from house keeping, food preparation, food hygiene, front of house employability skills - personal development and employability skills computer familiarity and usage we provide practical work experience either at our own merley house or through our relations with other employers, to help get people real jobs !
