southcall business outsourcing inc. was founded last february of 2019 by friends may ann cayabyab, frisco octavo and sheryl dalmacio who all had a decade of experience in the call center industry, climbed the corporate ladders and eventually decided to start their own business. formerly a virtual assistant company, it was quickly transformed into an international outsourcing company. while working on the virtual assistant business and working on different outsourcing platforms, they realized that the service they were offering to busy professionals was much more in demand with new and rapidly growing start-up companies. with a team in place and a new vision for changing the way work gets done. in just a few months, the company has grown exponentially as we help our clients grow their business and gain more clients' trust with their key business processes and daily operations so they can focus more on their growth and innovations which could impact their business on a bigger perspective
