about southeast janitorial founded in 1991 by richard h. drewry, a military academy graduate, southeast janitorial was formed with the mission to bring a disciplined and structured approach to building services with the goal to maintain consistent quality performance for your cleaning needs. southeast uses a proprietary “management matrix” system to insure both short-term and long-term client success. our company maintains a responsible and professional methodology to tackle most challenges. for your building needs, we have professional working relationships with many other professional networks and associate industry vendors. in addition, we participate in the georgia tech osha safety training partnership and are actively involved in the international janitorial cleaning service association as well as the international facility management association.
