our local branch of the texas chapter of the american public works association (tpwa) serves members across the southeast texas region who provide public works goods and services. we promote professional excellence and public awareness through education, advocacy and the exchange of knowledge. our branch covers the counties of austin, brazoria, brazos, chambers, colorado, fort bend, galveston, grimes, hardin, harris, jasper, jefferson, liberty, madison, matagorda, montgomery, newton, orange, polk, san jacinto, trinity, tyler, waller, walker, washington and wharton.
