Southeastern Women in Financial Services

southeastern women in financial services (swifs), founded in 2016, is a network of women attorneys working in the financial services space, whether directly working within financial institutions or acting as outside legal advisers in the financial services industry. our mission is two-fold: (1) enrich the professional lives of swifs members through leadership education, networking with industry professionals, coaching, mentoring, and continuing legal education and (2) support the financial education and economic security of women in the southeast through community partnerships, education, and advocacy. the women of swifs are leaders in their community and in the industry. in two years, the organization has grown from 30 members to over 130 members, spanning over 10 states, over 10 broker dealers, and over a dozen of law firms.
