the southern arizona home builders association (sahba) is an advocate for planning and implementing public policies that promote housing opportunity and choice. purpose: the business and political "voice" for the residential construction industry in pima, santa cruz and cochise counties in arizona; to stimulate business within the home building industry; influence political decisions by virtue of member strength; and provide a format for networking, information, training, and support for members. national: sahba is affiliated with the national association of home builders (nahb) in washington, dc. nahb provides lobbying and political action; legal and technical assistancel; education and training; research and development; an annual national convention; and other support services.
