southern arizona national electrical contractors association is a membership based association for electrical contractors. we are one of two chapters in arizona. we cover southern arizona, including tucson, sierra vista, safford, yuma, globe, and the white mountains, while our sister chapter, arizona neca covers phoenix and northern arizona. we work closely with ibew 570 and ibew 518, and az neca works closely with ibew 640. both of these arizona chapters are part of a national association with hundreds of chapters across the country and even some chapters internationally. currently, our board of directors is made up of bob smith of sturgeon electric, jay hoobler of commonwealth electric, john kostyo of gilbert electric, todd kienitz of southwest energy solutions, and bryan stark of stark electric. our office staff of three includes cindy flowers serving as the executive director, chelsey renn serving as the drug free workforce program coordinator, and ciera hensley serving as the admi
