we are professional, reliable and passionate about quality. we have been trading since 1995 mainly operating in east sussex and kent. over the years we have successfully completed a diverse range of projects such as schools, hospitals, office blocks, super stores and also large scale social and private housing projects, working with many of the leading national and regional uk construction companies. we have an open book policy with regard to tendering on drawings and scope of works only, we provide a comprehensive and detailed take-off within our tender return so you can see exactly what and how much is included. historically most of our contracts are between £50,000 and £500,000 and our policy of reliable service at realistic current rates has proven to be successful as we work with many clients time and time again. it is our aim to be more than just a sub-contractor, it is our aim to be part of your team.
