southern craft creamery creates and distributes handcrafted ice cream using milk from our farm and local, seasonal ingredients across the florida panhandle. we concentrate on creating simple, unique flavors that highlight the ingredients used. our core mission is to build meaningful, lasting relationships with our purveyors, retailers, and customers to help bridge the gap between local farms and customers. as the 2013 overall winner of the garden&gun made in the south awards, we are committed to shining a light on the unique offerings of our region and the people who make them possible.
