southern hospitality group is a south carolina corporation organized in 1998. the company was founded for the purpose of developing and managing independent and nationally recognized brands of hotels. southern hospitality has developed and managed franchise hotels with hilton, marriott, holiday inn, and hyatt hotels. the company has developed hotels in nashville, tn., greenville, sc., charleston, sc., and athens, ga. southern hospitality is currently involved with the fairfield inn, myrtle beach; the residences at biltmore, asheville, nc; hyatt place, athens, ga; and marriott hotel & conference center, spartanburg, sc. southern hospitality’s vision is to be involved with projects that create long term benefit for their clients, partners and local communities. southern hospitality’s mission is to enthusiastically deliver a high quality experience to exceed the expectations of our guests, associates, and partners.
