the fleet department at southern illinois railcar is dedicated to customer service and on-time deliveries. we use several tracing systems to help us track our fleet daily to make sure the cars are headed to their correct destinations. we also use our many contacts at the railroads to help correct any problems that may arise so that we can correct them before they cause service disruptions. southern illinois railcar company’s fleet department has the on site capability and the knowledge to update our umler files to keep them current and accurate. the fleet department can also help our customers with most invoicing questions and problems. in addition, we track car hire for all of our customers.
