it is an understatement to say that covid-19 has turned everyone's world upside down. the mixed messages tell people to go inside and stay inside, and to go outside for a walk and get fresh air! how do we do what's right and what's responsible? we each need to find a balance between totally forsaking nature and enjoying the benefits it offers our health and well-being. we live in an unprecedented time so it will take unprecedented measures to set a new course. keeping our distance from one another is our new responsibility, but keeping socially connected does not mean forgetting to maintain a level of connectedness to nature.
