southern refrigeration corporation (src) is a full line/full service heating, air conditioning and refrigeration wholesale distributor, established in january 1947 in roanoke, virginia. this single location has evolved into ten stores located throughout the state of virginia, currently serving customers in the mid-atlantic region and beyond. our primary focus has always been on our customers and the service, support and knowledge we provide them. since 1965, we have been distributors of the complete line of heil heating and cooling products. southern has the distinction of being heil's longest running continuous distributor in the united states. other lines carried include bohn refrigeration products, tecumseh compressors and condensing units, miller/nordyne mobile home furnaces, weil-mclain oil and gas-fired boilers, honeywell controls, nu-calgon chemicals, honeywell genetron refrigerants, lg duct free split systems and scotsman ice machines.
