southern sourcing is a locally owned, woman-owned small business. we have been in the staffing industry for eight years and in order to be successful in the staffing industry it requires not only matching the right candidates to employers, but also dedication. we take pride in getting to know our clients individually, touring their facility and getting acclimated to their needs and learning what it takes to successfully recruit the perfect candidate. we personally meet with every candidate to discuss their career needs and skills. additionally, every potential employee is pre-screened including reference checks, criminal background check, drug screens, e-verify and additional required testing before interview is scheduled with client.
