the southern california virtual business center (sc-vbc) provides programming and services, to diverse business enterprises (dbes), that focuses on the capacity, capital, and relationships necessary to scale business through contracts. our programs are designed to meet the specific needs of diverse businesses and train these suppliers for the capacity to acquire and manage corporate and government contracts. we offer online training and support programs as well as custom programs for corporations to facilitate internal training of their current or prospective minority suppliers. in order to deliver such a robust platform, we depend on a team of experts that are experienced trainers, most of whom have years of experience in academia and working with dbes. we have a 5-person core team working directly with the sc-vbc along with a host of professors, experts, students, and contractors. together they bring over 100 years of direct experience in their respective fields along with a particu
