southside kettlebells is a small, unpretentious training facility, managed by four rkc certified instructors. we employ kettlebells as our main training tool. we teach correct technique using the rkc ‘hard style’ training method. most gym workouts are repetitive and boring. becoming fit doesn’t have to be a chore. we provide efficient, fast-paced workouts. our endless variety of drills are challenging, fun and almost addicting. our unique group workouts give you a sense of camaraderie and support from both instructors and classmates. decide for yourself. the first class is free - it will give you all the proof you need. classes are offered 7 times a week.
