southwest healthcare system is comprised of two acute-care facilities: inland valley medical center campus, in wildomar, california and rancho springs medical center campus, in murrieta, california. both hospitals are accredited by the joint commission. the rancho springs location in murrieta, california, is a 120 bed acute-care facility with the region's only pediatric emergency services team. this service is made possible through an agreement with rady children's hospital in san diego; the emergency department at rancho springs is staffed by rady children’s pediatric emergency medicine physicians from rady children’s specialists.
