Southwest Landlords Association

formed in plymouth in 1986, we were previously known as the devon and cornwall small landlords' association. with ever increasing levels of legislation we endeavor to keep our members abreast with current and forthcoming requirements via regular meetings, newsletters, a dedicated website, and contact with our office. a range of letting-related stationery is offered. membership is over 750 and is still rising. with an enthusiastic team of volunteers, the association truly is run 'for landlords by landlords'. our mission statement: to advance the interests of all landlords, at local and national level. to promote good practices and to provide the essential services, advice, information, training and support our members require.
