Southwest Thermal Imaging

southwest thermal imaging uses state-of-art long-wave infrared cameras in conjunction with visible wavelength cameras (for point of reference) to scan structures (residential or commercial) for thermal leaks, electrical hotspots (an indication of high resistance that can lead to electrical faults or shorts), and issues with radiant heat flooring. thermal imaging is ideal for identifying problem areas in need of repair and for targeted remodeling for thermal efficiency, including faulty/missing insulation, leaking seals and weatherstripping, and faulty or inadequate doors and windows. southwest thermal imaging can also provide breaker box scans and locate problem wiring concealed in walls. our inspection reports include video captures of the scan with audio reference points as well as image captures of potential problem areas with an assessment of the issue.
